Yes. Your company's key user adds colleagues and sets, for each of them, which sections they can see and which actions they can take. Users cannot attach themselves to another company.
Files are stored in a folder dedicated to your company on servers in Frankfurt and are used only for reconciliation. Matching is done by our own rule engine; the full statement is not sent to AI, only limited content is (for example, column headers and the first few rows of an unrecognised file format).
